Online Media Planning & Ad Management
From Google to Meta, TikTok to LinkedIn — we focus your campaigns on the moment purchase intent peaks: the right audience, the right bid, measured conversions.
Being live is not a result. Before we scale a campaign, we make sure the chain from click to sale is measured; then we move budget to the winning setup. When the dashboard and the till tell the same story, ad decisions stop being a debate.

What is online media planning?

Online media planning is the data-driven design of how your ad budget is spent on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn — which audience, which message, which bidding strategy — and the management of campaigns according to that plan.
What is it for? Not to collect clicks, but to produce measurable results: sales, leads, bookings. A well-built online media plan shows what every unit of budget produced. It is the core infrastructure for any brand with regular ad investment.
Anyone can launch an ad in a few clicks; platforms make sure of that. The hard part is getting a return on every unit spent. Wrong targeting, the wrong bidding strategy and unmeasured conversions are the three most common ways budgets quietly melt away.
There is a less-discussed problem too: broken signals. When conversions are under- or double-counted, the platform’s learning algorithm optimizes on bad data. Budget goes to the wrong audience, costs rise, and the reports keep saying everything is fine.
We don’t scale what we can’t measure. Before calling a channel a failure, it’s our job to make sure it was set up and measured correctly.
First we validate the measurement layer: pixel, Conversions API and GA4 event setup. If conversions aren’t counted correctly, we don’t launch; the data gets fixed first. Then we build the campaign architecture around your sales funnel. Every layer, from awareness to conversion, has a clear goal and budget.
After launch the discipline stays: every account goes through the same checklist every week, a small share of budget is always reserved for new audience and creative tests, and once a winner is proven, budget shifts to it. There’s no “set and forget” here.

How do we work?
Four steps; each one starts from the output of the last.

01
Account Audit & Setup
We audit your existing accounts and get pixel, conversion and GA4 tracking working flawlessly.

02
Strategy & Campaign Design
We build the campaign architecture around your goals, budget and sales funnel.

03
Launch & Optimization
Campaigns go live; bids, audiences and creatives are improved every week based on data.

04
Reporting & Scaling
What works gets proven; budget is shifted to the winning strategy and scaled.
The layers we build
Each layer closes a different efficiency leak. The account audit decides where to start.

Google Ads
Search, YouTube, Shopping and Performance Max — where purchase intent is captured.

Meta Ads
Full-funnel setups on Facebook and Instagram: from discovery to remarketing, lookalikes to catalogs.

Social Media Advertising
TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest — creative made in each platform’s own language.

Conversion tracking
Pixel + Conversions API + GA4. Whatever data drives the decision has to be solid.

Creative testing
Visual, copy and audience variations compete continuously; budget flows to the winner.

Reporting layer
Every channel on one live dashboard, plus a monthly report with commentary and review.

✓ When it works
The system settles in quickly for brands with a regular monthly ad budget and measurable sales or leads. In e-commerce and lead generation, the first reliable assessment comes within a 4–6 week learning window — shorter if measurement is already solid.
✕ When it doesn't
Advertising doesn’t fix the product or the offer: a weak offer shown to the right audience still won’t convert. Splitting a very small budget across four channels doesn’t work either — in that case we recommend going deep on one channel first. We say this openly in the first meeting.

Frequently asked questions
Short, clear answers to common questions. Don’t see yours? Let’s talk it through together.
What should the minimum ad budget be?
It depends on your sector and goals; in the first meeting we propose a realistic starting budget for your objectives. What matters is not the size of the budget but spending it with the right setup.
When will I see results?
First data comes in within days; for a reliable assessment we work with a 4–6 week learning period. At the end of it you have measured results, not guesses.
Can you take over my existing ad account?
Yes. We take over while preserving your account history and learned data. As a first step, we run a free audit of your current account and give you a clear report on where things stand.
Do you produce the creatives?
Yes. Visuals, video and copy are produced natively for each platform, and every creative is approved by you before it goes live. If you already have creative, we can start with that.
What happens to accounts and data if we part ways?
Everything stays with you. Campaigns are built in your own ad accounts, and pixel and conversion data are your property. We leave no lock-in behind — and we hand over the documentation.
