Personal Data Notice (KVKK)
This notice has been prepared by StormX Media, as data controller, to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

- Planning and carrying out service processes; entering into and performing contracts

- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities
- Marketing and promotional activities, where explicit consent has been given
Legal grounds for processing
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- It is directly related to entering into or performing a contract
- It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations
- It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
- Explicit consent, where given (e.g. marketing communications and marketing cookies)
Transfer of personal data
To the extent the service requires, your personal data may be transferred to business partners providing hosting, email, analytics and ad measurement services, and to competent public authorities within the scope of legal obligations. Where services with servers located abroad are used (e.g. analytics tools), the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected through the forms on our website, email and phone communications, and cookies and similar technologies, by partially or fully automated means.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information about it, if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You can submit requests regarding your rights, together with documents proving your identity, by email to info@stormx.media or in writing to Esentepe Mah. Bahar Sk. No:22-32, Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
